Went in to have two inner tie rods alignment and a fuel leak fixed. Was quoted $1,062 over the phone when I went to pick up the vehicle the next day it was over $1,500 for the repair and then tried to charge me an additional $42 to use my credit card. When I asked about the alignment fee because I had already had the vehicle in there once for an alignment and they told me that the inner tie rods had to be replaced I paid the $40 fee and was told the next time I came in to have the alignment done and the inner tie rods that the alignment fee would only be $60. Still had it on my invoice for $90 for the alignment when I asked why Eric pulled the invoice back up and said oh there was a note on here about that I'll have to discount that had I not brought anything up would have charged me the extra $40. Had to go back to the bank to get cash, while on the way back up to get my vehicle called an auto parts place for where they said they got their inner tie rods The inner tie rods were only $62 a piece for an individual to come in and buy it their commercial account so they get them cheaper. So even if they were bought outright $130 for the inner tie rods but they charged me $278 for the inner tie rods over 100% markup on parts that's insane. When I asked him why the markup was so high when normal markup is 30 to 40% all Eric could tell me is that's what our computer generated and then proceeded to tell me that if you go to a store you can buy the parts cheaper no being a commercial account you get the parts cheaper and normally add a 30 to 40% markup there was already a line on there for labor for what it cost to replace the part. Just an all-around terrible experience have been using this place for a few years but I will never be going back. I will tell everybody not to use this place.

A wholesome service center! This place isn't just a neighborhood mechanic. Dealer like service and treatment! I've only ever been for tires. 4 new tires on my BMW 335 and tires on my Audi Q7. This business renders all other shops in the area as "sub par" to me. 10 out of 10 would recommend to everyone!

I’ve been here twice in the past two weeks. I made an appointment to have 4 new tires put on and an alignment, I asked all the costs questions before booking the appointment and had it written down for my husband $35/tire installment, $5/tire for disposal and $99 for the alignment, no other costs were disclosed to me. My first appointment, they put the tires on and did a “suspension evaluation” before the alignment. Came to me and said that I have a radiator fluid leak, play in the tire from both ball joints going bad and recommended the tire rods be replaced. So they charged me for the tires and $40 for the suspension evaluation since they didn’t do the alignment, a price and service I was never disclosed prior. Just before I checked out, they checked out another woman, she left and came back in because they gave her the wrong keys back, got her correct keys, left and came back in and asked why her license plate and bumper are now bent.
So I took my truck home and my husband who does the maintenance on our vehicles changed one of the ball joints 6 months ago. He wasn’t happy about it but he changed both ball joints and fixed the radiator leak. He scheduled another appointment the next week after fixing it. Lo and behold, they are now saying we did not fix the tire rods and still can’t do the alignment. I called my husband while they were talking to me. My husband said that they are fine for now and we just want the alignment done, man behind the desk says no it has to be done or we can’t do it. My husband said that it was recommended, recommended meaning that it is not mandatory. They did not want to listen, I told them just give me my truck and was charged another $40 for a “suspension evaluation”. We will not be returning to the quick money grabbers.

Shout out to O’Brien Tire. They were attentive and solved my wheel balancing issue that a couple other shops just were less than helpful with. Prices are similar to other local tire places but I certainly prefer the atmosphere. I will be taking my other cars there in the future.

Fantastic service, very transparent with the service and price. Took car in for a break job quick same day appointment. With their inspection they pointed out some concerns and were not pushy about declining the services they recommended. Ended up buying tires with them as well with a reasonable price on tires. I will be bringing my vehicles back when they need serviced.

We worked with Errick. He did a great job inspecting our RV tires and made the recommendations I had expected. His team got us taken care of quickly and professionally. The office waiting area has complimentary drinks and fairly comfy chairs.
