I always take my vehicles to O'Brien Tire. They really go above and beyond and there are few others that I would trust with my vehicles. I'm fairly hands on with my vehicles and I've never had an issue of them attempting to up-sell me on something not needed. It also nice to provide business to a locally owned shop rather than one of the big chains.

I was given top notch service today and I was only there for a used set of tires or a cheaper new set. I was told that I would be fine to get one used tire and the other's would get me through the winter just fine. Most places would have tried to sell me a whole set. I appreciate the honesty! It's rare these days. I will definitely be back for a nice new set after the winter. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Thanks O'Brien's!!!

My family has been going to this garage since before I can remember. We take all our cars to them. We just recently had a valve cover gasket go out on my wife's car that they fixed. Two days later she had oil everywhere in her engine compartment, so I gave them a call about it. I spoke to Vance and not only did he have me bring it in immediately (3pm on a tuesday) he offered me a ride home and got the part and had the car fixed before they left that day. Vance even stayed a little after they closed to wait for me to get there to pick it up. They always have above and beyond service! Thank you for taking care of us! Great staff there.

I stopped in without an appointment. They got me in and said it may take about a half hour. It took about 45 minutes. But I was still very impressed. They were very busy. They were polite and friendly. Couldn't have had better service. Thank you.

Edit. Decided to post the pictures of the damage they did to my wheels. As you can see this is not normal wear on a brand new vehicle. I emailed them photos the same week of the damage and they did not respond. Here they are now making a reply to my review five months after the fact. Look at the photos and decide for yourself if this is a place you want tires put on your vehicle. I ended up getting a new set of wheels for my car and took them to the dealership instead. No damage to the wheels when the dealer installed the tires. Thanks and have a great day :) Took my 2018 civic there today 10/8/2018. I have a type r so I needed to put some winter tires on. I asked them very nicely to be gentle to my baby. When I got home I noticed scuff marks on all four rims down to the metal. Will not be going back here. Really disappointed in the service.

Honest mechanics

I have a lifted truck and I bought new tires online but needed someone local to put them on and do alignment and balance. The few places that I found that could handle a truck my size wanted between 300-500 dollars! O'Brien was not only able to do it, but got my truck in the shop with in 24 hours of calling them and the price was VERY reasonable! Super friendly too!

I've used O'Brien tires before and always had a great experience. We just used them for new brakes. Got us in, got us out, and the brakes work great. Reasonably priced but their service sets them apart. Do yourself a favor and go to them. You won't be disappointed.
