They were able to get me in on my schedule time. Good customer service and very honest. I would recommend them to everyone.

What I appreciate is the organization, professionalism, and the care given to every vehicle assigned to their care. Enough time is given to each car and it is finished the same day it is brought into the shop. Communication with the customer is a priority for O’Brien Auto Shop.

Tire Manager was phenomenal! He tried everything to help me out with my tires. Hands down the best customer service I have received!

Called them an hour before close as had tread blow off a trailer tire. Put on spare but didn’t want to travel without one. Took trailer there and within an hour, had 2 new trailer tires and spare to pick up next morning. VERY IMPRESSED with Eric & staff. Back on the road by 8:30 next morning to our destination! PS: Very reasonable pricing!!!
