After a follow-up call, my opinion has changed, O'Brien's answered all my concerns and corrected our misunderstanding. That goes a long way with me and I appreciate their interest. The a.c. works again and the new plugs will keep it running for my life-time. Thank you all.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. I got a large nail in my tire, and it turned out that I needed new tires anyway. Eric came out looked at my tires, wrote me up a detailed estimate, the price was reasonable, they were able to get my new tires on the same day. The receptionist Candy was very sweet and helpful. The waiting area was very clean and the free snacks and drinks were a nice touch. I very highly recommend this business.

Repaired front passenger side tire which had picked up a nail somewhere. Repairs were accomplished swiftly and efficiently. All of the staff was, as usual, friendly and congenial.
