Took my car in to have front end alignment. I was told when I booked the appointment that it was $39 for the evaluation and that cost would then come off of the cost of the alignment. When I took the car in they said it needed some work done before they could do the alignment. I took my car somewhere else to have the work done because it was much cheaper. When I took my car back just 4 days later to finally have the alignment done, to my surprise they didn't credit me the $39. They said that was if all work was done through them. Very misleading! I also pulled up the "special" they have online, which is a 4 wheel alignment for $99. I had a 2 wheel alignment and was charged $99 on top of the $39 i had already paid 4 days prior. I will be contacting the BBB. Just be careful with companies that operate like this!

We worked with Errick. He did a great job inspecting our RV tires and made the recommendations I had expected. His team got us taken care of quickly and professionally. The office waiting area has complimentary drinks and fairly comfy chairs.

I wanted to give a shout out to O'Brien Tire and Auto. They opened up their lot, and donated water, for our local Scout troop to do a carwash fundraiser. They were exceptionally helpful and generous to us. We really appreciate all they did for us and look forward to working with them again in the future. After the service we received through our fundraiser, I am looking forward to bringing my vehicle to them for any future repairs.

Great people and great service. Highly recommend giving OBriens a try if you need Tires and alignment, or anything like oil change and tire rotation. Also any mechanical concerns you might have about your vehicle.
