Service was done in a timely fashion and any additional work was done after informing us of the reason.

The guys got my front brakes and rotors replaced and shuttled me to work. The car stops great and the previous brake job from Obrien lasted 115,000 highway miles.

Discovered a flat tire on Sunday morning as I prepared to leave for church. Sunday afternoon AAA came and replaced the tire with the temporary tire that is supplied with your car purchase. There was a big (approximately) 4” iron bolt stuck into the tire. That tire was obviously not going to be repaired. Since it was the Memorial Day weekend, we had AAA put the temporary tire on and decided to just use our alternate car for necessary trips around town. We showed up at O’Brien’s at 8 am on Tuesday, May 31. There were two other customers waiting when we got there. Our assigned employee discussed several options. My 2017 Subaru Forester has 52,000 miles on it. This was our first flat tire for this vehicle. It was suggested that we really needed to get 4 tires because the ones we had were too old to be able to depend on them and they had worn unevenly because they didn’t get enough tire rotations. We knew this was good advice, so we decided on one of the Cooper tire models. We had a doctor appointment in St. Louis West County area that morning so we left the car with them, and they said they would call when it was finished. Around 10:30 a.m. we were on our way home from the doctor appointment when we got the phone call that the car was finished and ready to go. Excellent service!

Hometown Superstore for more than 100 years who are the best for automotive repairs and tires!! Compare anywhere else on Google to them. Hands down, customers rave about O’Brien Tire... except for those few who no one could ever please anyway (and what biz hasn’t got their share of those?) Ian, Errick, and Justin--and everyone else there are super friendly. Nice to know people who live here in town own O’Brien’s, unlike the franchise chains in town that are owned by who? and live where? Don’t be surprised when you go in to O’Brien’s that the owner and family wait on you personally. That's what a hometown business is all about. Keeping our community thriving is about supporting our local businesses (owned by people who live and shop here) not the chains who come in to our communities and shut small biz down, like what happened to our downtown. Show your local love and go to O'Brien Tire & Auto Care for all your auto needs because they are the best and have been for over 100 years; stop sending your money to Missouri, Arkansas, and other states where the owners of the box chains live. We only have a few businesses left in town that have survived for especially for 100 years or more. Let's keep them going!

Today I took my truck into O’Briens because I picked up a nail in my rear tire. Did not have appointment but they fit me in. A few minutes after tuck got pulled into garage service man can out and told me he had something to show me. The tech had scratched my wheel with the tire removal machine. They apologized and said they would send wheel out for repair and that there would be no charge for fixing my flat. I really appreciate their honesty, any other place probably would never had said anything, charged me and sent me on my way with a damaged wheel. O’Briens is a top notch business, I would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic service, great family business, can’t be beat for quality service. This is by far the nicest repair place in town. Nice big clean waiting area with complimentary snacks. They do everything I need to take care of my car and I never ever feel like I’m being sold something I don’t need. I’d rather pay a little now and then for maintenance than have to buy a new car. It’s hard to find a trustworthy garage but these folks are it. For years I thought there wasn’t a difference in parts until the cheap places kept giving me the run around, and then I kept having to go back for them to fix something again. O’Briens has expertise and a 3 year warranty!!!! And they’re so nice. This is a local small business that truly stands behind what they do without double talk or fine print exceptions. I’ll never go anywhere else. They’ve been doing it right for over 100 years. America’s oldest auto repair! Now that’s saying something!!!
