We had a blow-out on our travel trailer on our way from Nashville to Colorado Springs. We got O’Brien Tire & Auto Care from the KOA we were staying at. Called late that afternoon and Errick was extremely helpful. Told us to be at the shop by 8 am & he take care of us. He was waiting for us as we drove up @ 8 am. Tire changeover & back on road in 45 mins. We were very fortuitous to have found O’Brien Tire. Extremely happy and 5-Stars to Errick. ty so much Ken & Dana

I'm new in town. I read a lot of reviews and about the different repair shops. I chose O'Brien's place because they're a family run business for over 90 yrs. I figured they were trustworthy and experienced....And they are... Justin was able to fast track me and diagnosed and fixed my car that very day... everyone was so nice and accommodating. Professionalism goes a long way these days. The person who greeted me and checked me in was kind, professional, and engaging. It sounds simple and basic but so many places lack it so I cherish it when I encounter it. I walked in without an appointment and was able to get taken care of fairly quickly. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. I’m also happy with the actually work done on my vehicle. I had a flat tire and thought I needed a new one. To my great surprise and glee, I found out that it could be repaired. I thought I was going to have to spend a couple hundred bucks but only spent a fraction. Because of this service I’ll be back when I actually do need to replace my tires. I’m one of those customers that is loyal when you do me right. Thank you!

Fix my problem the first time

When I need someone to look at my car, I trust O’Brien’s! Their response calling me back is always in a timely fashion and they usually get my car into the shop within a day or two. The most appreciative thing they do calling or texting me before Installing or servicing anything in my car! In addition, O’Brien’s the price of how much it will cost to fix the problem!
