DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We had tires put on our 2018 Chevrolet Sonic, at Wal-Mart and after three attempts to try to get the balance right we thought that they might of did something wrong, so we had a second opinion done, we took the car to O'Brien Tire & Service Center. On May 25, 2021 I had an appointment to have the balance checked on my 2018 Chevrolet Sonic for a vibration. Then While driving the car back home I still had the vibration but this time it was worst. I was told to come in on May 26,2021.I was told the tech was going to rotate & balance the tires again. On the drive home again I still felt the vibration, so we went back to Wal-Mart where we bought the tires originally that night. After they rebalanced the tires they told me that ONE REAR & ONE FRONT tire were out of balance. That fixed the problem with the vibration with the car. I want you to issue me a refund of $40 because your mechanic didn’t do the job right but just made it worst. After I had talked to O'Brien they wanted to offer me $20 instead not the $40 that I paid them to balance my ties. So I will not be returning to this business ever.

Mr. Edwards, you purchased tires at Walmart (who are NOT tire experts), you then went back to Walmart 3 different times for them to fix your alleged balance issue and then requested from us 2 different times to see if we could fix your vibration issue with your Walmart tires. Our tire experts rebalanced the tires both times at your request and performed a test drive afterwards without any vibration issue. We even re-checked the balance on all 4 tires the second time for free, on tires we did not sell you. We do not warranty tires purchased from Walmart. Since Walmart is your go-to for tires, we suggest you next time insist Walmart fix the problem they caused in the first place. Walmart most likely fixed your problem by replacing your bad tires without your knowledge and admitting fault. Moral of the story: time is money. How much time did you spend going to Walmart 5 different times before they finally stood behind their work.

O'brien has never done me bad far as my tire needing to fixed or rotating them. Our family trust them fully. keep up the good work. Also waiting room is super clean Heather was awesome. Its very rare to go to a place that treat you nice as o'briens. Ian brought me to the back checked me out and also sanitized my keys and bank card after he had use them. Just awesome!!! Love the fact they never try to upsale you on things that might need to be done . Also drinks and snacks are complimentary.
