Chris, It's unfortunate that you're in this position. Often customers receive poor advice from parts houses (like adding stop leak to a cooling system) that we would never suggest as a repair. Customers also make repair attempts that fail resulting in an appointment with a professional shop, which is where we come in. We did our best to clean up the mess, however your failed water pump and occluded radiator was on account of a large quantity of stop leak used prior to your appointment. It's possible the thermostat you folks installed has become clogged on account of the stop leak. We did our best to flush it out. We are always here to help. These situations are unfortunate for our shop as well. We get a negative review for trying to clear up a problem that never would have presented itself had we had the opportunity to repair your vehicle correctly prior to the situation at hand. We would have been able to save you money, time, and frustration.
