Kudos to Eric!! I took some expensive tires & wheels there to have mounted & balanced. I was concerned they would get scratched in the mounting process. Eric assured me they would take care of my concerns. He did just that. He went the extra mile making sure I was comfortable. He unloaded and loaded everything. This guy is the Best! I recently went to O'Brien Tire and Auto Care to have my tires replaced, and the customer service was outstanding. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and they let me know about a rebate I hadn’t known about, which saved me some money. The lobby has a Route 66 theme with a retro feel, and they provide snacks and beverages, which made waiting more comfortable. I’d definitely recommend O'Brien Tire for anyone needing any auto repair work.

Justin and his team are fantastic to work with, much better than the big franchises. I’ll continue using their services as long as my car needs work in the St. Louis area.
